The people who went to woodstock in 1969 to hear original music all had an alternative view about the future of America. After 1969 like-minded people who opposed the war, wanted single payer national health care, better and equal education, civil rights for all people, were criminalized by the disgraced and impeached Nixon. When Pres. Ford pardoned Nixon for his crimes against the country and then continued Nixon’s illegal war on marijuana which has now become tradition most of us continued the fight to make our world a better happier world with aware citizens and where everything is not for sale but instead recycled to serve a need and to preserve our environment. We went to Woodstock because we were pulled there by our own self-made culture that we all shared in peace. To those who say that it was dirty and there weren’t any bathrooms and that the crowd were scum-bags, you are correct it was not a corporate, sterile, dead music event. The musical concert that took place in Woodstock, N.Y. in 1969 was the end of the freedom movement of the 1960s, after that we were and still are refugees trying to open the door to truth whenever we can.

Poor Joe! The it’s for me but not for you attitude that exists in American culture has a new hero! Son of Riley, prophet for the self-serving Joe Scarborough is the perfect example of what not to be: Middleman son of middleman scavenging in a world of unearned reward and self-congratulations , just like George W.’s Mother, they are the same.

America: land of middlemen, out of control, preying on people of good will. When I was a bone-fishing guide in the Northern Bahamas in the late eighties and early nineties, I fished with a lot of doctors who were involved with the medical supply industry and ALL of them bragged about how much money they were making and what they described to me about their industry made me feel ashamed for them. Eventually I could not listen to anymore doctors bragging about how they beat the system so I stopped taking them bone-fishing. Basically the medical supply industry is American Health-care’s dirty big secret, the medical supply industry operates just like the American Military or the park’s department in your city’s government: double and triple billing , over charging customers and the arbitrary raising of prices are the tools that serve the American Middle-Man who serves the American Corporation who works against the rule of law and our National Interest. Medical Insurance for profit is an oxymoron, it is stealing!

Doctors are trained to serve the needs of the community, not the greed of the A.M.A. with it’s health for profit ideal. A single payer system that would cover all health care for every American citizen is what the RED, WHITE and BLUE stand for: UNITY! Health for profit is a vulgar notion turned reality. Health for profit is criminal, not American. Health for profit, the words say it all. How can we Americans not be ashamed? How can America’s doctors not stand up for their communities and do the right thing: like live up to the oath they swore to be a doctor and fight to preserve the common decency that the profession has lost since 1971? The disgraced Richard Nixon cursed our land, once by “drug war” and then again by “H. M. O., health for profit”. Both are an abomination that have worked against our national unity by creating a “fear class” of tax paying citizens who fear the police who enforce the war for choice and call it “drug war” and other tax paying citizens who fear “certain medical neglect” and the death that that neglect will surely bring! A single payer national health care system is the stronger among us giving a helping hand to the weaker among us and that is pure American ideal: like living the dream, the American dream!!
