Most of us are too busy with the tasks at hand in our everyday life to keep up with the complexities of how our government works. We elect our fellow citizens to public office because we trust them to adhere to a standard of decency and integrity and they actually take an oath to do just that.
Our business leaders are trusted to support the communities that they derive their wealth from and the communities reciprocate by allowing tax breaks and cheap land for the business communities (corporations).
During my life time I have seen my United States Constitution overtly subverted by my own government and the business leaders that I thought could be trusted to manage their wealth for the benefit of their communities as well as for themselves.
The problem with inherited wealth is… the people who receive the gift act like they are the authors of it… they start to think that they are superior to the rest of us in our humanity that comes with no back up.
The issues at hand are simple: We can support violence or we can support peace. We can support filth or we can support a clean environment. We can support cruelty to the animals we eat and know or we can continue with a factory farm system that breeds germs and cruelty or we can condem the likes of the N.F.L.’s Micheal Vick…
… or we can produce heroes or we can produce war criminals.
They people we have trusted ( pretty much all of them) are sell outs to greed and feudalism ( New World Order/World Trade Organization) and despite this, my fellow Americans with few exceptions are still pissing into jars and giving all of their local tax dollars to their police and fire men pension funds, and to their police and fire men health insurance and to their police and fire men overtime while they witness stuff like the Federal Reserve refusing to account for it’s actions or how it managed the monies that were extorted from the American people by the war criminal George W. Bush and our current president , president Obama.
AMERICA IS A COUNTRY. AMERICA HAS A CONSTITUTION. THE ARCHITECTS OF THE NEW WORD ORDER HAVE SUBVERTED OUR AMERICAN (UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) CONSTITUTION AND THEY ARE RUBBING THEIR ACCOMPLISHMENT IN OUR COLLECTIVE AMERICAN FACE.

California Prop 215 … The police unions, the prison guard unions and the firemen unions are the political forces that have defeated legalized-marijuana for California’s sick and the California citizens who handle marijuana.
The citizens of California ( U.S.A.) need to react to our drug warrior brothers and let them know how expensive and stupid their “Drug War” is by calling and writing your state representative and then if you are not registered to vote, register to vote and then vote.
Freedom of choice was an American Tradition before those freedoms were subverted by the disgraced criminal Richard Nixon and his illegal “War on Marijuana” in 1971. Richard Nixon’s illegal Amerikan drug war industry is like the Amerikan health insurance industry: very rich and very corrupt and very self serving.
Every city in America is being bankrupted by the outrageously expensive pension plans that the drug warriors have leveraged against our local communities ( the police, prison guard and fire-men unions are the strongest voting blocks in every state in the union ) , check it out they really are pigs at the government coffer troughs all across our land.
The drug warriors have bullied our city governments into bankruptcy because their unions are organized and can turn out their vote to support their own narrow interests over the interests and the general welfare of their communities. Californians please don’t let these assholes kick your ass again!
But in the states that actually have a thinking law enforsement community, lives are not threatened or ruined by a war on marijuana and the partnership between the private citizen and the police is healthy and unified. Good luck California!

Please ask your state representative to amend Senate Bill 109 to change the requirement from a FULL MEDICAL HISTORY AND MEDICAL EXAMINATION… TO… A MEDICAL HISTORY AND EXAMINATION PERTINENT TO THE CONDITION BEING EVALUATED.
SENATE BILL 109 addresses the relationship between physicians and others involved in the medical marijuana industry, including patients. One part of the bill defines the required bona fide doctor-patient relationship as one in which the physician has done a full medical history and a full medical history and full medical examination prior to evaluating the patient for a medical marijuana card.
Amendment 20 which passed in 2000 lists eight medical conditions which can qualify a patient for a card with the state medical marijuana registry by a physician. If the patient has one of those conditions as stated in Amendment 20 that should be enough for the recommendation. IF… Senate Bill 109 passes the doctor will have to: first, do a full history and examination and exam which will take a minimum of 45 minutes and usually one or two hours. The doctor will have to charge for his/her time for this and thus the price of getting the recommendation will quadruple or quintuple for the patient (annually). THIS IS NOT FAIR, WE NEED TO AMEND THIS.
Senate Bill 109 was passed by the Colorado State Senate week before last in four days on a 34 to 1 vote. It is now in the House of Representatives (and out of committee). It is scheduled to come up next week. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CONTACT YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE NOW! WE MUST CHANGE THE BILL … FROM… A FULL MEDICAL HISTORY AND MEDICAL EXAM.. CHANGE TO : … A MEDICAL HISTORY AND MEDICAL EXAM PERTINENT TO THE CONDITION BEING EVALUATED.
SPREAD THE WORD AND LET YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE KNOW HOW YOU FEEL, BUT MAKE YOUR CALL BEFORE NEXT WEEK!
